Patti O'Neil

In LD23, Patti O‘Neil served as a PC, Vice-Chair of Organization Development, and most recently, as the first Latina Chairwomen. As chair, Patti worked with the board to develop a strategy to deploy 150 PCs and 600 volunteers, resulting in the county’s highest dem turnout at 90.9%. She created a Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation (FYMN) board position, so those Tribal Nation members will always have a seat at the table. She collaborated with LD24 to create the South Scottsdale Dem Club, resulting in an 11% increase in Dem turnout in 2020. Patti‘s leadership includes collaboration and inclusiveness as a formula for success. ‍
