Patti O’Neil has served as a PC, Vice Chair, and Chair of the former LD23, 1st Vice Chair of MCDP and most recently as Interim Chair of the Maricopa County Democratic Party.

In the 4 months as Interim Chair of MCDP, Patti O'Neil has been able to successfully recruit county candidates, increase fundraising, and created monthly events that have reengaged donors and party officials with MCDP.

Her vision for 2024 includes targeted strategies to: increase voter turnout in critically needed voting communities; collaborate with party leaders and progressive groups alike; diversify the making up of the party so that everyone has a seat at the table.

As the owner-operator of her own corporate and private event planning company. Patti has facilitated a variety of events from a forty person executive retreat to an 8,000 person annual association meeting. Her work in event planning required establishing objectives within a given budget and coordinating with a variety of vendors and customers -- all skills that will help MCDP achieve its goals.
