Call for Nominations for the 2017 Jacqueline Adams Legacy of Service Awards

If you are an elected or appointed Democratic PC in Maricopa County as of January 15, 2017, you may nominate one woman and one man to receive the awards this year.  Please submit separate nominations (one for a woman, and one for a man), and click here to go to the submission form.

As a PC, you should nominate individuals whose service to our party (specifically to MCDP and multiple candidates at the legislative/county/local levels, rather than just in a single legislative district) and to our communities (for example, registration of Democratic voters and party building efforts in underrepresented communities), warrant acknowledgment as a "legacy of service" to the party.  The nomination form includes a space for you to indicate by essay of up to 200 words why you feel your nominee is deserving of the award.

The close of nominations for the 2017 awards is February 20, 2017.

Again, to submit your nominations (and if you're nominating both a woman and a man, please make them separately), click here to go to the submission form for each person.
